Rotation by need, not by bid

Nobody buys exclusivity here, so several advertisers share the same slot. When a page decides what to show, it serves whichever campaign is furthest behind the pace it was promised — not whichever paid the most.

That is what makes the guarantee real. Your delivery does not depend on outbidding anyone; it depends on the number you bought. Once a campaign is comfortably past its commitment it steps back so it is not taking inventory from someone still owed theirs.

An impression counts only when the unit was genuinely on screen. If we finish a month short of the number, the difference is credited back automatically on the next invoice.

We measure every slot the site produces, filled or not, and only sell against what we have observed. Where a market is too new to quote confidently, we say so rather than guess.
