It is an introducing broker clearing through Wedbush Securities and Interactive Brokers, and publishes Regulation BI/Form CRS, SEC Rule 606 order-routing disclosures, and day-trading, margin and extended-hours risk disclosures. Note that FINRA's Board of Governors has voted to replace the pattern day trading rules including the $25,000 minimum, which would make Cobra's maintenance requirement a firm policy rather than a regulatory one.
