- Community edition is MIT-licensed. Strapi Cloud lists GDPR and SOC 2 compliance on Starter, Pro and Business; a SOC 2 report is an Enterprise CMS entitlement. Offline licensing is an Enterprise add-on. 99.9% uptime SLA applies only to Cloud Business and Business+. Critically for 2026 buyers: Strapi 4 ended bug support in October 2025 and its security-only maintenance and docs maintenance mode ran to April 2026 — v4 deployments are now unpatched.
