Data stored EU-only (Germany, Finland) with claimed GDPR compliance by design; SOC 2 certification available on request for on-premises only. Payments run through Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds follow Paddle's process and no Uptrace refund policy was retrievable. A 99.9% uptime SLA is stated for Cloud but is vendor self-reported and uncorroborated.
