Gartner named Okta and Auth0 Leaders in the November 2021 Magic Quadrant for Access Management — five years old and not current positioning. Contractually, yearly billing is 11x monthly and the SLA is Enterprise-tier only, with no SLA on Free, Essentials or Professional.
